According to Davis, the situation began when Zero Skateboards professional skateboarder Dane Burman allegedly solicited and shared a private image of him without consent.

This incident, Davis says, caused him distress and led him to step away from skating for a period, relocating from California back to Minnesota to regain a sense of safety. After taking time to recover and begin skating again at a local contest, Davis alleges that Thomas became involved in what he described as a continuation of the earlier harassment.

During the contest, Thomas was reportedly handing out trophies and gifts to the winners when he allegedly approached Davis.

Davis said that Thomas whispered a sexually explicit remark to him while giving him his prize, which left him feeling humiliated.

“He came up to me and handed me my stuff. He like whispered in my ear. He was like, ‘Nice d*ck,'” Davis explained.

Davis described the experience as emotionally difficult and explained that returning to skating and publicly discussing these events has been challenging.

The interview video is publicly available from the Brink Show, providing Davis’s account in his own words.

No formal investigation or legal determination has been reported regarding the alleged actions, and Thomas has not issued a public response to the claims at this time.
